You can book an appointment by contacting the artist you would like to work with. The easiest way is through the contact form on our website, but you can also send a DM on Instagram or email the artist directly. When reaching out, please include the following information so the artist can properly evaluate your request: • Placement on the body • Approximate size • Subject or concept of the tattoo • Desired style • Any important details or references After reviewing your request, the artist will reply with: • An estimated session duration • A price estimate • The next available appointment dates You can also send inspiration images during the conversation to help clarify the idea. Once everything is clear and both you and the artist agree on the project, an appointment can be scheduled. A deposit (usually €50–€150 depending on the project size) is required to confirm and secure your appointment date.

Yes, we do! You’re always welcome to drop by the shop  Whether you want to check out the space, discuss an idea, get tattooed the same day, or book an appointment for a later date. If one of our artists has availability, we’ll be happy to tattoo you on the spot. However, walk-ins are never guaranteed, as our artists often work by appointment. If you’d like to be sure that a specific artist is available, we recommend contacting them in advance to book an appointment. This ensures they have time reserved for your project.

Your tattoo is essentially a small wound, so proper aftercare is important for good healing and long-lasting results. First hours (after your session) Your tattoo will be covered with cling film or protective wrap. When you get home: 1. Remove the wrap 2. Gently wash the tattoo with lukewarm water (pH-neutral soap is optional) 3. Let it air dry or gently pat dry with a clean towel 4. Apply a thin layer of tattoo cream You generally do not need to rewrap the tattoo, unless you work in a very dirty environment. Cleaning (first week) Clean your tattoo twice a day: 1. Rinse with lukewarm water (and optional pH-neutral soap) 2. Gently pat dry or let it air dry 3. Apply a thin layer of tattoo cream Moisturizing (about 2 weeks) Use a tattoo-friendly cream such as: • Bepanthen • Aquaphor • Tattoo balm • Hustle Butter Apply only a thin layer. Your skin needs to breathe — too much cream can clog pores and irritate the tattoo. Avoid scratching Your tattoo may itch while healing. Do not scratch or pick at scabs, as this can cause scarring or remove ink. Avoid intense workouts (first week) Heavy exercise stretches the skin and may slow healing or damage the tattoo. No swimming or soaking (at least 3 weeks) Avoid: • Swimming pools • Baths • Saunas • Long exposure to water Avoid sun exposure (at least 3 weeks) UV rays can damage a healing tattoo and fade the ink. Once healed, always apply sunscreen to keep your tattoo looking sharp. Final note Every body heals differently. If you have any concerns during healing, don’t hesitate to contact your tattoo artist.

The price of a tattoo can vary depending on several factors, which is why it’s difficult to give a fixed price without discussing the design first. Some of the main factors that influence the price are: • Size of the tattoo • Complexity of the design • Use of color or black & grey • Placement on the body • The artist’s experience and style Based on these elements, the artist will estimate how long the tattoo session will take. The price is then calculated based on the artist’s hourly rate, which may vary from artist to artist. For larger or more complex pieces that require multiple sessions, the artist will give you an estimate of the total time and expected cost before booking the appointment. If you’d like a price estimate, simply contact the artist with details about your idea, including size, placement, and reference images.

Yes, of course! You’re welcome to bring your own design or idea. Our artists will always review the design with you and may suggest small adjustments to the size, placement, or details. This isn’t to change your idea, but to make sure the tattoo will age well and stay clear over time. For example: • If a design is too detailed for a small tattoo, some elements may blur together as it heals. • If certain colors are too light, they may fade and become less visible over time. Our goal is to make sure your tattoo not only looks great on the day it’s done, but continues to look beautiful for many years. Your artist will work with you to find the best way to translate your design into a strong, long-lasting tattoo.

To confirm your appointment, a deposit is required when booking a session with your chosen artist. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform your artist at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Deposits are non-refundable. Tattoo artists also spend time preparing for your appointment and designing your tattoo, often before the session itself. The deposit helps cover this preparation time and secures your place in the schedule. If you give at least 48 hours notice, your deposit can usually be transferred to a new appointment date. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another session.

To make your tattoo session as comfortable as possible, we recommend a few simple preparations. Get a good night’s sleep before your appointment and arrive clean and well rested. It’s also important to eat a proper meal and stay hydrated beforehand, as this helps your body handle the tattoo session better. You’re welcome to bring a snack or drink to have during a break, especially if you’re scheduled for a longer session. Avoid alcohol and blood thinners Please do not consume alcohol before your appointment. Alcohol and certain medications (such as some painkillers) can thin the blood, which may cause excessive bleeding and affect the tattooing process. If you are taking any medication, always consult your doctor before stopping or changing anything. Wear comfortable clothing Think about the placement of your tattoo when choosing what to wear. We recommend: • Loose and comfortable clothing • Clothes that allow easy access to the area being tattooed • Avoid tight clothing that leaves marks or imprints on the skin Since we work with ink, it’s also best not to wear white or very light-colored clothing. Arriving prepared helps make the session smoother for both you and your artist.

Yes — getting a tattoo does involve some level of pain. However, the experience can vary greatly from person to person. Several factors influence how painful a tattoo may feel, such as: • Placement on the body • Style and complexity of the tattoo • Length of the session • Your personal pain tolerance Some areas of the body are more sensitive than others, especially places where the skin is thinner or closer to bone. Areas that are generally considered more sensitive include: • Hands • Feet • Face • Inside of the knees • Armpits • Neck These areas can also be more difficult to tattoo, which may mean the process takes a bit longer. Because the skin in these places can heal differently, there is sometimes a higher chance that a small touch-up may be needed after healing. Most people describe the sensation as manageable, and your artist will always make sure you can take breaks if needed during the session.

Pregnancy No — we do not tattoo people who are pregnant. Your health and the health of your baby should always be the top priority. Tattooing involves creating a small wound in the skin, and while complications are rare, it is not a risk any responsible artist should take during pregnancy. For this reason, we ask clients to wait until after pregnancy before getting tattooed. Breastfeeding It is also strongly advised to wait until after the breastfeeding period before getting a tattoo. Since a tattoo is essentially a small wound, your body will prioritize healing. During this time, your body’s resources focus on recovery, which may affect milk production. Waiting until breastfeeding is finished ensures the best outcome for both you and your baby. Being sick If you are feeling ill, have a fever, or your immune system is weakened, it’s best to postpone your appointment until you have fully recovered. Your body needs to be in good condition to heal a tattoo properly. Medication If you are taking medication, especially medication that affects the immune system or blood clotting (such as blood thinners), please consult your doctor first and inform your tattoo artist before booking. If there is any doubt, we are always happy to discuss your situation and find the safest solution together.
